By using the HotPlayer app, the following technical information is collected to ensure these goals are met:

  • • Device identification data (such as device ID or MAC address when using our app on Samsung or LG TVs
  • • Usage data (such as the date and time of access and interactions within the app)

Log Data

We would like to inform you that whenever you use our service, in the event of an error or version incompatibility between the app and your device, we collect certain data known as Log Data (via third-party tools). This Log Data may include details such as your device’s operating system version, internet protocol (IP) address, and device name. The date and time of the event are also captured in the Log Data.

E-mail contact

If you contact us via the provided e-mail address (support@hotplayer.app), the data you provide will be used to process your request. The specification of the data is necessary for processing and answering your inquiry which is your (MAC address, email), without their provision we cannot answer your inquiry.

Deletion of data

The data will be automatically deleted as soon as you canceled your subscription. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation ends when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified.
